The 50cc exhaust would be far to small + won't fit :!:
You don't say if you want standard or sports exhaust :?:
The front down pipe is the bit that rots and you can buy just this

It's the same exhaust as 2T gilera runners 125/180cc & aprilia sr125.

the LC runner exhaust is different from the AC TYPH exhaust may look similar but are infact different ,fitting the wrong one will effect performance .

If i did get a race pipe, is it the same as on a 50cc? Upjet, rollers and clutch springs?

depends which pipe you get, rollers are a bit more passive on a 125 than on a 50 cc .sports pipes on a 50 tend to have a very narrow power band so rollering right is critical but with the wider spread of power available on a 125 its not so important .
your only real choice(bolt on ) that will actually work and increase your power output is the
PM tuning Aprilia SR/Piaggio Typhoon 125cc - 172cc X-Tech Expansion chamber
PM52 cant give you a direct link ,pms site does not allow it but heres there home page
https://www.pmtuning.co.uk/index2.htm
no need for roller changes or clutch springs just upjet with the jet that comes with it and Twist and Go Go
