This Piaggio Zip is fitted with a custom Polini 70cc big bore kit, 21mm carb, 9-speed variator kit, Doppler air filter, LeoVince TT exhaust, blue neons and a 125 speedo (because the old one didn’t go high enough, according to Rob, the owner). All he’s got left to do now, is to get new panels and paint it pearlescent white with a blue tint, fit a PM Tuning 360 exhaust and have the seat covered in blue snake skin.

This Zip belongs to Josh. It has an upjetted carb, KN filter, Viper exhaust, 5 gram rollers, a Malossi clutch and flywheel, a Polini belt, 172 big bore kit and a Malossi style paint job.

This Gilera 180 with TNT Tuning custom panels is registered as a 50. Owner Antos reckons it’s so fast, it’s unbelievable.

Kim in Stroud owns this VX125 (which is otherwise known as Dave). So far he’s fitted Malossi F36R forks, Malossi whoop disc, an SRT customised PM61 exhaust, lightened rollers, SRT lightened vario backplate, SRT titanium vario shaft, short screen and bar end mirror. A new custom seat is coming soon. Dave was ridden to the Isle of Wight rally and back this year by Kim’s friend Bjorn who came to visit from Sweden. Dave even has his own fan page on Facebook (We love Dave).

Liam Allsopp owns this 2001 Gilera Runner. It’s fitted with a Polini speed control kit, Malossi 4g rollers, Polini Kevlar belt, Stage6 exhaust, 8x2 number plate plus a P and Evo front panel. It has a green and black spray job with Relentless stickers. He hopes to fit a Malossi racing 19mm carb and filter, Lexus lights plus a Polini 2g racing clutch and bell.

We’ll let ‘Crazy Daz’ talk to you himself in his own words:
“Xmas is coming! Ha-ha! Yup, I'm a tad bonkers! I had an xmas pudding and cream on Sunday (me-mad?). I'm in a quandary – can I get my reindeer out yet? I'm thinking of taking him out to stretch his legs (ha-ha). Is it too early? Dug me suit out and have a new beard too! What do ya reckon? I'm worried people might think I'm mad (yarp, laff, HO-HO-HO)!”
• Thanks for that Daz. You sound quite normal to us. We’d suggest that you file down Rudolph’s antlers, as they can get quite sharp and we wouldn’t want you to harm yourself.

David from Germany sent this picture in – but with no information whatsoever, so we can’t tell you much about it.

This 1980 smallframe Vespa Primavera belongs to
Danny in Woodhouse Eves, Leics. It has been
restored using a DR 102 kit and a sports chrome
exhaust and the rest is totally stock. He is having
it re-wired with a 12-volt battery electric system
and says he wouldn’t mind having Dixieland air
horns and front crashbars.

This Runner 172 belongs to Billy in Southend. It is fitted with a 25mm Dell’Orto, Kevlar belt, Malossi rollers, gear-up, 172 kit, Malossi variator, top racing crank, Scorpion pipe, Koso clocks, BCD undertray, full Evo kit and newly powder coated wheels. Next on the agenda will be Malossi forks.

Danny Webb’s 2002 Gilera Runner has a host of goodies fitted. So far it’s been fitted with a Stage6 70cc big bore kit with a PM Tuning race crank, 3.5-4 gram rollers, Dell’Orto 21mm carb, ADK race bearings and Evo body kit. Polini parts include a race variator, reed block, inlet manifold and a high flow air filter. Stage6 parts include carbon reeds, Kevlar belt, upjet and a race exhaust.

Neil in Scunthorpe owns this 2003 Italjet Dragster 125LC. It’s fitted with a PSN hand-built 38bhp 178cc big bang engine, a 36mm flat slide, PM59 exhaust-bored manifold and shortened end can, custom inlet manifold, lightened clutch and flywheel, polished side casing, plus lots else.

This Aerox belongs to Justin Hanson in Grimsby. It has been resprayed in blue and white with matching white graphics. The front wheel has been powder coated in white. The piston and barrel were changed by Owen Cherrell Racing. It also has a Malossi variator kit, clutch weights, Technigas exhaust, quad headlights, Lexus rear lights and indicators, plus a sound system under the seat. He hopes to be getting a Hebo air filter soon.

Jake, Bath: Jake in Bath bought this Aerox 2002 with a DR70 kit, Polini variator with 3.5g rollers, RMS race clutch, primary gear-up, 21mm carb and unlimited rev unit. He reckons it’s a pretty quick bike.

Hafis Malik,
Kuala Lumpar: This CPI GTR 150 has a custom double barrel muffler. Owner Hafis Malik from
Kuala Lumpar has customised the headlights with an 'angel eyes' light ring.
Although the bike runs perfectly he plans to upgrade the engine to 180cc soon.

Peter Wilkes, Plymouth: Peter Wilkes from Plymouth owns this Gilera DNA. It has a Malossi 70cc bore kit, new crankshaft, rollers, race exhaust, Stage6 boost bottle, Malossi air filter sponge, plus a new Polini variator and drive belt. He’s currently trying to fit a Minimoto NOS kit to see how this helps boost performance. The bike also has carbon look indicators, race mirrors, Malossi decals and it was all fitted at a local garage so nothing is botched.

Charlie: He reckons his Italjet Dragster is in mint condition
as it hadn't been registered when he brought it. A
Tecnigas revolver has been fitted as he thought the
design would suit the bike more than a bent over pipe.
He’s after a donor engine so he can rebuild it with full
Malossi parts and a fancy paint job.
