November 18-20, 2011 - When I first startedmy scooter/moped riding career back in the 1980s (I know it’s about time to grow up), the rally season was purely a six or seven month affair lasting from Easter to early October.These days however, the use of holiday camps as venues gives us the opportunity of having both pre- and post-season extensions.

November 4-13, 2011 - After spending the year ‘scootin’ off to all corners of the UK (and the odd European invasion), it was good to only have 150 miles to travel for the season finale in Lincolnshire.
Mersea Island

18-20 March 2011 - After a long cold winter it was good to be greeted with a fine bright morning for the pre-season rally put on by VFM at the Marton Mere Holiday Camp near Blackpool. With only a few weeks until Easter this event is always well attended as people brush off cobwebs – literally – and head towards the North-West for some ‘scooter therapy’.

> 29-31 October 2010 - After the scooter rally madness of August and September, the month break between ‘Nationals’ was just enough respite to have us ‘gagging’ for this excellent annual event. Although a tad chilly our journey up the East coast ‘inta’ Yorkshire was at least dry – and for a change, without incident!

28-29 August 2010 - With rallies coming thick and fast the four days since the SW National was spent getting feeling back into bums, but as Friday approached we eagerly packed up our machines again with the necessities for this type of event – tent, sleeping bag, and some ‘waterproof’ clothes.
